Adjacent to the holiday cottages is the farmhouse, a traditional stone building at the centre of our dairy farm. Enjoy the comfort of a lovely old farmhouse along with the luxury of en-suite bedrooms and the added extravagance of an indoor heated swimming pool and spa bath. We're a VisitBritain 4-star Silver Award Bed & Breakfast!
Wireless Internet access
WiFi access is available in our Holiday Cottages, Bed and Breakfast accomodation and in the communal areas of the Farmhouse.
The beds
Two spacious double rooms – newly converted: one double, one king or twin. Both rooms: 'Spring' and 'Lavender' have en suite bathroom facilities. All rooms are non-smoking.

A hearty farmhouse breakfast is included, served in the dining room with local produce as seasons allow. Delicious home produce, including sausages, eggs, milk and yogurt. View our breakfast menu (PDF)
A large sitting room and dining room are available for your exclusive use, and if the weather is extremely kind, a patio where you can enjoy breakfast or at least a cup of coffee.
Bed and breakfast accommodation is open from Easter to the end of October each year.

B&B Rates
- Room rate for 2010 is £72.00 per room for the first night and £65.00 per room per night thereafter. A complete week is £400.00
- A supplementary charge of £20.00 per night applies for children under 12 yrs sharing a room with parents, reduced to £15 after the first night.
- Single person occupancy rate is £65.00 per night.
- For children over 12 yrs the adult rate applies.
