Traditional Cornish farmhouse accommodation — spacious rooms with superior en-suite facilities and WiFi internet access.
Adjacent to the holiday cottages is the farmhouse, a traditional stone building at the centre of our working farm. Enjoy the comfort of a lovely old farmhouse along with the luxury of en-suite bedrooms and the added extravagance of an indoor heated swimming pool and spa bath. We're a VisitBritain 4-star Silver Award Bed & Breakfast!
Wireless Internet access
WiFi access is available in our Holiday Cottages, Bed and Breakfast accomodation and in the communal areas of the Farmhouse.
The beds
Two spacious double rooms – newly converted: one double, one king or twin. Both rooms: 'Spring' and 'Lavender' have en suite bathroom facilities. All rooms are non-smoking.

A hearty farmhouse breakfast is included, served in the dining room with local produce as seasons allow. View our breakfast menu (PDF)
A large sitting room and dining room are available for your exclusive use, and if the weather is extremely kind, a patio where you can enjoy breakfast or at least a cup of coffee.
Bed and breakfast accommodation is open from Easter to the end of October each year.

B&B Rates
- Rates for 2012 as follows.
- 1 night. £78.00 per double/twin (£39.00 per head)
- Thereafter. £68.00 per double/twin (£34.00 per head)
- Children under 12 sharing with double £20.00 per head per night.
- Children over 12 using separate bedroom, sharing en-suite with double/twin £25.00 per head per night.
- Single person occupancy, £50.00 per night.
