Terms and Conditions
Please note we try to keep these listings up-to-date but we are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control. Bookings will be confirmed in writing via email, bookings are not confirmed until confirmation has been received.
- Bookings are confirmed on receipt of a 25% deposit. The balance is due 28 days before the holiday.
- The proprietors shall not be liable to you or any member of your party for any loss or damage to your property however caused.
- The accommodation is designed for family type holidays and is not suitable for youth groups.
- The property must be left clean and tidy before departure.
- Guests are required to report any breakages immediately. Breakages must be paid for or replaced.
- Guests are strongly advised to take out holiday insurance cover.

Available from 3pm Saturday of arrival to 10am Saturday of departure.

Credit Card payments are welcome.
Central Heating
Oil-fired heating with individual radiator control.
